Carla’s yoga and meditation classes are deeply inspired by yogic and Buddhist teachings. Carla draws inspiration and learnings from both the human experience and ancient texts, simply merging the two, to encourage an exploration of the inner landscape whilst also offering helpful tools to take out into the world.

Carla found her way to yoga through her exploration and dedication to meditation and mindfulness. This love and commitment with over 20 years of movement and dance experience landed Carla lovingly on her yoga mat with alignment of mind, body, and soul.
