My Mission

Guiding and helping others to fully embody their experience for greater mobility, insight, clarity, and direction. Creating a space to teach practical tools for YOUR transformation to find a healthy relationship with self-compassion, clear boundaries, and informed intuition, through a deeper understanding of self.

My Method

Connecting and flowing through your body with yoga, meditation, breathwork (pranayama), dance, embodiment exercises, mindful practices, map changing and subconscious practices to help you find self-awareness to heal, grow and trust in self to live a fuller, happier, more creative, and enriched life.

Fun facts about me

I’ve moved around a lot over my life – Queensland, Perth and Tokyo but will always call Melbourne my homebase.

Dancing is also my homebase – I started as a 3 year old and haven’t stopped since!

I spent a large part of my 20’s as a children’s entertainer.

I’ve been married to my husband Winston for 13 years and we have been best friends for 23 years. Our unconventional love story is one of my most favourite things.

Motherhood was unexpected and fast! By the time I turned 30 I had my first boy, Jasper. By 31, my second, Tobias, had arrived.
