For retirees, this 5 week program offers a safe and welcoming place to begin to explore Meditation, Mindfulness and Embodiment practices such as gentle yoga. This program is ideal for retirement villages and community groups, creating connections and investment in your community. Mobility is important as is learning to find comfort and peace in stillness as we age.

What is Meditation and Mindfulness and how they can be brought into everyday life
