Embodiment is a state of being in which we feel connected and attuned to our body and senses. In this state our mind listens to our body to dissolve the division between them. Together, we tune in to approach your holistic health and wellness from a combined mind & body perspective.
You feel embodiment when you drop down from your thinking mind into the feeling body, creating an Embodied state of self-awareness, empowering self-healing through the process of self-inquiry, self-observation and self-knowledge.
Some embodiment practices we explore together are Breathwork, Movement, Meditation, Yoga, Mindfulness and more. Finding what works for YOU.
Our sessions together will explore your inner world response to your outer world, enabling you to find new connections to access tools and resources within yourself to live a happy, healthier, more peaceful and easeful life.
Sessions are held at my home in Bayside, Melbourne or can be over Zoom.
